Nagavanshi dynasty of north-west India — Wajihu-l Mulk Tak, 11th century CE

The Tak (Takshak / Takka) clan is one of the great Nagavanshi dynasties of north-west India, ruling the Asikni (Chenab) basin at the time of the Ghaznavid invasions. Wajihu-l Mulk Tak, mentioned alongside the Varahas in the eleventh-century Persian chronicles, is one of the few named Tak rulers to survive in the textual record.
